For years, Denise and I have collected handmade coffee cups from all over the world. All handmade, all unique and one of a kind, some expensive and some not. It’s hard to choose a favorite, they’re all favorites. I tried to choose one as my own for a long time and it never worked. Then one day some years back in a little shop in Cartersville, Georgia, I picked up a cup that sort of chose me. I always drink my morning coffee from the same cup. I just do it because it feels right. It’s a bit the same with my pens. This particular pen style was created without a name, and there was something special about the way it felt in my hand the first time I wrote with it. As I pondered it’s uniqueness, as we are all unique, a simple thought emerged, “This is my favorite pen”.
